If you are just not totally in love with your item please let us know and you are welcome to return the item within 7 days of receiving. After the 7 days has lapsed you are eligible to return the item for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving. Please note that your original shipping cost is non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please email team@wildcardgems.com within the 14 days to arrange for the return of the items. You are responsible for shipping the returnable items safely back to us, but we will help.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. 

Shipping

Shipping will be calculated upon checkout, and will include insurance on the item. Most likely, you will need to sign for your item upon receipt to insure its safe arrival.
